Downloading the file

To download files from your profile in the Inbox Files to your computer, You need:

  1. using the login form on the home page Inbox Files, log into Your profile
  2. to click on a file name
  3. in the drop-down menu, select “Download”
  4. download file to your computer

     

or

  1. using the login form on the home page Inbox Files, log into Your profile
  2. just click on the download icon near the file name

To download files sent You by another user, You need:

  1. using the login form on the home page Inbox Files, log into Your profile
  2. To find and to open a letter containing sent file in Your Inbox mail. Letter will always be titled as “You have received a file from Inbox Files”.
  3. Then push the “Download” button.

 

  1. A new page with Your profile in Inbox Files will be opened. Under received file name there will be two buttons – “Save to “My files” and “Download”.

  1. If you want to download the file into Your Inbox Files profile, click “Save to “My files” or click “Download” to download the file to Your personal computer.
  2. If You are saving file into Your Inbox Files profile, after the end of the operation you will see a message: “File saved to “My Files”.

If the file You have received is not shared anymore, then you will see a message: “ File not available”.
