1. Check if you are using AdBlock program for advertisement blocking on games.inbox.lv link. It is possible that the game don’t open because of Adblock that blocks ads before the game starts, leaving white screen instead a game. Disable or delete Adblock program.

2. Update Adobe Flash Player version. A new version of the program available on the Internet at the following address:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ or http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/.

3. Update your browser to its latest version, because outdated versions may disturb the site and its functionality.

To delete your profile from Dating section:

1. Log into your user profile and go to the "Dating” section
    
2. On the toolbar, select "My profile"
    
3. On the right down corner, choose "Delete profile"
    
4. Confirm the operation by clicking on the button "Delete"
    

After the profile deletion we will delete all the information that was previously published in the "Introduction" section.

You can see if your profile is inactive when you log into it and it is not published. All new profiles pass moderation process.

If your profile is in moderation status please wait a moment. If you have violated the site's terms of use or someone have submitted a complaint about you, then your profile may be be blocked.

! ! Check and correct the information which is displayed on your profile. After the changes, profile again will be sent to moderation process to unlock the profile.
