Non-receipt of letters in such cases is usually associated with a list of blocked mailboxes of the service concerned, for example, if Instagram wants to send you a new message and the service records that this mailbox is not active, then it is added to the list of blocked mailboxes and letter sending will be canceled.
Unfortunately, e-mail service provider Inbox.lv will not be able to help you in this situation, so please contact your service provider (from which you do not receive new incoming messages) with a request to delete your email address from the list of blocked mailboxes.
